Academic Details
At G Pulla Reddy High School, Mehdipatnam we follow the CBSE syllabus. We believe in a good student-teacher ratio for effective teaching and best results. We have at present 66 teachers and 24 members as non-teaching staff inclusive of office staff, Aayas, Peons, Security Guards, and Drivers of vehicles which mainly used for the transportation of students.
Our curriculum is so designed that does not only cater to the successful completion of academic nature but also to put in our efforts to identify the inborn talent of an individual student and encourage him to improve it further. The motive of our effort is to see that a student’s natural talent and interests are progressive and he/she excels to register as a future citizen of the nation. We do not simply believe in imitating western culture and adopting it as it is but we blend it in which Indian culture and heritage.
- Our class X students get special attention. To make them up to date with the subjects we conduct daily tests..
- We conduct remedial classes for academically weak students from 3.15 pm to 4.00 pm daily.
- We conduct 3 preparatory exams before the pre-finals.
Music: Music is not only a means of entertainment but also is a source for relieving stress and providing solace. Our efforts in imparting this education have given us a rich dividend in the way of prizes.
Drawing: Drawing is an art that invokes the body and the spirit of the mind. A large number of competitions are held at various places and at various levels. Our students participated in many of them.
Craft: This is an art that sharpens the brain. Waste materials are commonly used and salvaged thus to make meaningful articles. This was taught amply to the students by teachers.
